Forgot to mention this last week, but better later than never is news of a new mod fanzine, going by the name of Start!
According to details we have, the launch issue of the fanzine covers, in a general sense, northern soul and mod, with scootering features and reviews. Specifically, this issue features the London International Ska Festival, The Questions and John Hellier.
